Refunds & Cancellation

We want Bedrock to be worth it. This policy explains trials, cancellation, and refunds.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

After the trial, plans bill monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay each month unless we notify you of a change.

3. How to Cancel

Cancel any time from your dashboard, or email support@bedrockportal.com. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

Because plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time, charges for a current billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial months. However, if you were billed in error, or something went wrong, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith and make it right where appropriate.

5. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
