This Privacy Policy explains how Bedrock Intelligence ("Bedrock," "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use bedrockportal.com. We are based in Salinas, California, USA.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — the email address you provide, and the markets/asset types and plan you select.
- Billing information — processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive a customer/ subscription reference and status; we do not store your full card number.
- Usage data — basic logs (pages requested, timestamps) to operate and secure the Service.
- Local storage — a small preference (light/dark theme) and a session token; we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Information
To provide the Service and your land-use alerts, process your subscription, respond to support requests, secure and improve the product, and comply with law.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that run the Service — payment processing (Stripe), hosting/infrastructure, and email delivery — under obligations to protect it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Data Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
5. Security
The Service runs over HTTPS; access is authenticated; payment data is handled by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
6. Your Rights (including California / CCPA)
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to know what we hold about you. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share it. To exercise any right, email support@bedrockportal.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
7. Children
The Service is for business users 18 and older and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
